Return and Refund Policy

At TrendiSell, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be in its original packaging.
• Include all accessories, manuals, and original tags (if applicable).
• Include proof of purchase or order number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used products
• Damaged items caused by misuse
• Personal care or hygiene products after opening
• Gift cards
• Downloadable digital products
• Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
